RRC Prayagraj Group D Document Verification Schedule 2026 and Cut Off List

The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) in Prayagraj has released the schedule for Document Verification (DV) and medical examination for candidates shortlisted under the Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 08/2024, Level-1 posts commonly known as Group D. This notification dated 12 October 2026 calls 2,015 candidates for DV based on their Computer Based Test (CBT) scores, Physical Efficiency Test results, and community-wise cut-off marks. The verification process will take place over 20 days, starting from 26 October and ending on 23 November 2026, with two shifts each day at the RRC Prayagraj office located on Nawab Yusuf Road, Balmiki Chauraha, Civil Lines, Prayagraj.

The shortlisting for Document Verification is based on category-wise cut-off marks along with candidates' performance in the Physical Efficiency Test. The cut-off varies by category and reservation status, which is detailed in the official notice. The Physical Efficiency Test was conducted from 25 July to 31 July 2026. The DV schedule was released on 12 October 2026. Candidates can expect to receive their e-call letters for DV approximately 5 to 7 days before their individual reporting dates. Medical examinations will be conducted the following working day after the DV.

Document Verification for shortlisted candidates will be conducted in two shifts each day, with the first shift starting at 8:00 AM and the second at 12:00 PM. Daily, around 100 candidates are called, divided equally between the two shifts. On some days in mid-November, there will be slightly more candidates per shift. The entire DV process is slated to finish by 23 November 2026. Candidates must report at the RRC Prayagraj office for their allotted date and shift as per the schedule.

Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the published DV schedule have qualified the earlier stages of the recruitment, including the Computer Based Test and Physical Efficiency Test, and have met the category-wise cut-off marks. They are now required to appear for Document Verification at the RRC Prayagraj office within the specified dates. It is important for candidates to bring all original documents and certificates mentioned in the detailed notification to avoid disqualification at this stage.

The e-call letter will be available about a week before your DV date; download and print it for entry.
