To qualify for the Project Research Scientist - I (Non-Medical) position, candidates must hold a First Class Post Graduate Degree, including integrated PG Degrees, or a Second Class Post Graduate Degree with a PhD. For candidates from Engineering/IT/CS backgrounds, a First Class Graduate Degree of Four Years is mandatory. Experience: Preference will be given to applicants with postgraduate qualifications in Computer Science, M-tech, Statistics, or MPH, along with prior experience in research projects. Desirable Skills: Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of statistical tools. Experience in data collection, analysis, handling, and report writing, along with strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms, is also desired.

The remuneration is ₹ 56,000/- + HRA for the first and second years, and ₹ 56,000/- + 5% increments plus HRA for the third year, according to ICMR guidelines.

Candidates will be selected through a written examination, an interview, or both, as determined by the institute.
