Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD)
Disability should not be less than 40% for availing reservation/relaxation. Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority in prescribed Form V, VI and VII of Rule 18(1) under Chapter 7 of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017 dated 15.06.2017 is required. PwBD candidates belonging to categories for which the post is identified suitable can apply even if no vacancies are specifically reserved for them - such candidates will be considered on merit. Scribe facility is available for eligible PwBD candidates (VH/Cerebral Palsy/Muscular Dystrophy/Locomotor Disability-One Arm/Intellectual Disability) with 40%+ disability; compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour is allowed for Scribe users.
