Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Law Clerk position, candidates must hold a degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university. This can either be a 5-year integrated course after 10+2 or a 3-year degree after graduation. It's also important that this degree was completed within the last two years, and candidates must not be enrolled in any other regular course. Additionally, applicants should not exceed 30 years of age as of the reference date mentioned in the notification. Only Indian citizens can apply, and if you are a practicing advocate, you must suspend your legal practice during your tenure as a Law Clerk.
