APSC Junior Manager Recruitment 2026: 31 Posts in APGCL

The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) is inviting applications for the recruitment of 31 Junior Managers across various disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology, Instrumentation, and Civil. To be eligible for the Junior Manager positions, candidates must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of Assam. They need to provide a valid Permanent Resident Certificate or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residency. Additionally, candidates must have completed a full-time Diploma course in Engineering, lasting a minimum of three years from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC and ST candidates).

The remuneration for Junior Managers will follow the pay scale applicable to Assam State Government employees, which currently ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹92,000 per month, alongside a Grade Pay of ₹12,100.

It's possible that examinations may be conducted based on zones, depending on the number of candidates from each district.

Candidates must prepare the following documents for application: Class X and XII examination admit cards, mark sheets from HSLC onwards, a valid Permanent Resident Certificate for Assam, a caste certificate if applicable, and proof of any disabilities for PwBD candidates. Additional documents may include an employment certificate for current government employees and a No Objection Certificate if needed. A recent photograph and identity proof are also required, and all documents must be uploaded in PDF format.

Only applications submitted online through the designated website will be accepted. If candidates lack internet access, they may use Common Service Centres. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
