Bank of Baroda Guest Player Recruitment 2026 for Sports Teams in Bengaluru

Bank of Baroda’s Bengaluru Zone is looking to engage 14 Guest Players on a retainership basis for its sports teams. These positions cover three sports disciplines: Cricket, Basketball, and Kabaddi, all for male candidates. The recruitment is temporary and contractual for a period of 12 months, with a monthly retainership amount of ₹25,000. Applications are being accepted only via email starting from 29 September 2026, and the last date to send your application is 7 October 2026. The selection will be conducted through scrutiny of applications followed by field trials, with eligible candidates informed about trial dates after initial shortlisting.

Male candidates between 18 and 30 years of age as on 29 September 2026 are eligible to apply. Applicants should have proven sports credentials in the respective disciplines, such as having represented their State, Union Territory, or the country in national or international competitions. Medals won in recognized events like the Khelo India Youth Games, School Games Federation of India, or Inter-University Tournaments also qualify. The recruitment covers specific roles in each sport, including batsmen, all-rounders, spinners, and fast bowlers for cricket; point guard, shooting guard, power forward, and centre for basketball; and raider, all-rounder, and defender for kabaddi.
