General Manager (Chemical): A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering* in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology is required. Deputy General Manager (Fire & Safety): A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering* in Fire / Fire & Safety with a minimum of 55% marks is required; preference will be given to candidates with a one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Government-recognized Central / Regional Labour Institute. Chief Manager (Fire & Safety): A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering* in Fire / Fire & Safety with a minimum of 55% marks is required; preference will be given to candidates with a one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Government-recognized Central / Regional Labour Institute. Senior Engineer (Chemical): A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering* in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with a minimum of 60% marks is required. The salary package includes Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), Perquisites at 35% of basic pay, North-East allowance at 10% of basic pay (if posted in the North-East), Housing Rent Allowance (HRA), CMER, Medical Facilities, Post Retirement Medical Scheme (PRMS), and Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS).

The selection process will consist of a Written Test, followed by a Group Discussion, and a Personal Interview for candidates who qualify.
