Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Management Industrial Trainee position, you must be an Indian national who has passed either the CMA (Intermediate) or CA (Intermediate). Note that those pursuing or holding a higher qualification are not eligible for this recruitment.

Stipend During Training
As a Management Industrial Trainee, you will receive a monthly stipend that increases with each year of training. Initially, in your first year, you will earn ₹25,000. This will rise to ₹27,000 in the second year, and ₹30,000 in your third year, contingent on your performance.
