Who Can Apply
This recruitment is open to candidates who meet the experience and age criteria for the various executive levels. Engineers with at least 2 years of professional experience can apply for Grade II posts, with an upper age limit of 29 years. Assistant Managers require 4 years of experience and can be up to 30 years old. Higher grades like Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and Chief General Manager require progressively more experience, up to 21 years, and age limits up to 51 years. Age relaxations apply as per government norms: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC Non-Creamy Layer candidates get 3 years, and persons with disabilities with 40% or more disability receive an additional 10 years of relaxation.
