The document verification for BFUHS Staff Nurse 2026 will be conducted at a single centralised venue. Candidates must report strictly as per the date and time mentioned against their name in the official shortlist published on the university website. DV Dates: 27 June 2026 to 06 July 2026 Reporting Time: 9:30 AM (first slot) and 12:00 PM (second slot) as per individual schedule Venue: Auditorium, Guru Gobind Singh Medical College (GGS Medical College), Faridkot Candidate List: Available on the official university website at www.bfuhs.ac.in

All shortlisted candidates must bring their original documents along with one self-attested photocopy set for document verification. Missing documents may lead to disqualification. The following documents are mandatory: Printout of the Online Application Form filled at the time of applying Admit Card cum Roll Number Slip Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) Date of Birth proof (Matriculation Certificate or equivalent) Proof of passing Punjabi at the Matriculation level All academic certificates and mark sheets No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the employer, if currently employed on a regular basis under any Government Department Category / Caste Certificate (if applicable - SC, BC, EWS, etc.) Experience Certificate (if applicable) LDC Certificate issued by the concerned department (for Ex-Serviceman LDC applicants) Gradation Certificate issued by the Department of Sports, Govt. of Punjab (for Sports category applicants)

A counselling fee is payable on the spot at the document verification venue. Candidates should carry the exact amount in cash to avoid any inconvenience. General / Other Category candidates: Rs. 1,000/- SC Category candidates: Rs. 500/-

Candidates must carefully read and follow all instructions issued by BFUHS before attending the document verification. Non-compliance with any instruction may result in cancellation of candidature. Personal appearance is mandatory. No proxy or representative will be allowed to attend on behalf of the candidate. Candidates must appear on the exact date and time mentioned against their name in the shortlist. No separate intimation will be sent by the university. Candidates who appeared for DV under the Open (UR) Category need not appear again under a reserved category. The last date to submit any eligibility-related document is 08 July 2026. No document will be accepted after this date. Appearing for DV does not guarantee selection. Eligibility will be determined after thorough scrutiny by the verification committee. If any certificate or document is found to be fake, forged, or issued by an incompetent authority, the candidature will be cancelled with immediate effect and legal action will be taken. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be paid to any candidate for attending the document verification.
