Physical Standards for PET
To qualify for the Physical Efficiency Test, candidates must meet specific physical standards based on their gender and category. For instance, males from the General or Backward Classes must have a height of at least 165 cm, while females across all categories need to be at least 155 cm tall. Other requirements include running distances, shot put specifications, and long jump distances. Make sure you prepare adequately to meet these standards.
