For the position of Assistant Vice President II- Data Analyst/Data Scientist, candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. For Assistant Vice President I- Agile Transformation Expert, a Bachelor's degree is essential, with preferred qualifications being BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA or other relevant degrees. Certification in SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), PMI-ACP, Salesforce Architect (CRM) is also preferred.
