C-DAC Recruitment 2026 for 900+ Contractual Technical and Support Roles Across 11 Centres

The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) has opened its Just-In-Time (JIT) October 2026 recruitment cycle. This drive covers a wide variety of contractual positions at multiple levels such as Project Associate, Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer or Module Lead, and Project Manager or Program Manager, along with technical lead and support roles in HR, admin, finance, purchase, and technician categories. The vacancies are spread across 11 C-DAC centres located in Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, Pune, Noida, Mumbai, Mohali, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, and Bengaluru. This recruitment is open for candidates fitting different experience levels depending on the role. For entry-level posts like Project Associate and Project Engineer, freshers and those with up to 4 years of experience can apply, with an upper age limit generally at 30 years for freshers and 45 years for experienced candidates. Senior roles such as Senior Project Engineer or Module Lead require 4 to 7 years of experience, with an upper age limit of 40 years. Project Manager and Program Manager positions demand 9 to 15 years of experience, and candidates can be up to 56 years old. The selection will depend on qualifications and the fit for the respective project requirements. Since this is a contractual engagement, age limits and experience criteria are strictly followed.

More than 900 vacancies are spread across 11 C-DAC centres. The centres with the highest number of posts are Noida with about 207 vacancies, Pune around 142, and Thiruvananthapuram approximately 118. Other centres like Guwahati, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mohali also offer a significant number of positions, ranging from around 55 to 88 posts each. Mumbai, Kolkata, and Delhi have fewer openings but still welcome applications.
