Essential Qualification: Graduate in Food Technology / Food Engineering and Technology / Food Process Engineering / Agricultural Engineering with first class from a recognized university/institute. Desirable Qualification: M.Tech. with Qualified NET/GATE. Prior research experience/knowledge in the field of Machine Design. Age Limit: As per Govt. of India norms (relaxation as applicable).

The selected candidate will work on the design and development of a continuous two-stage frying system for healthy savoury snacks.

No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. Engagement is purely temporary/contractual and co-terminus with the project. Performance will be reviewed periodically; unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination without notice. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
