Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) degree from a recognized university. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court. At least 10 years of experience as an Advocate, with substantial experience in handling criminal cases.

Retainer fee per year: Rs. 50,000/- Daily fee per case per day (For Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai): Rs. 15,000/- Daily fee per case per day (For cities other than Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai): Rs. 10,000/- Drafting fee per case for drafting, pleading, reply to petitions, ground of appeals etc.: Rs. 5000/- Clerkage in a case or batch of cases irrespective of number of hearings: 10% of daily fee, subject to maximum of Rs. 3000/- Out of pocket expenses in a case or batch of cases (till its final disposal payable on the bills): Rs. 1000/-
