Step 1 – Online Application & Scrutiny: Candidates apply online and upload documents; applications are provisionally scrutinized for eligibility. Step 2 – Written Test (for Assistant Professor / Level-10 posts only): An OMR-based test with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and a Descriptive Test assessing Research Aptitude and Writing Skills. If eligible candidates for a subject are fewer than 20, the written test may be dispensed with. Step 3 – No Written Test for Associate Professor (Level-13A): These posts go directly to shortlisting based on Video Presentation, Research Skill assessment, and PPT presentation.
