Reservation Policy
Reserved posts for SC/ST/OBC and women are available only to candidates who are genuine local (domicile) residents of Chhattisgarh. Candidates from other states belonging to SC/ST/OBC in their home state will be considered only against unreserved posts. OBC candidates must not fall under the creamy layer. Women's reservation applies only to female candidates who are local residents of Chhattisgarh. If suitable women candidates are unavailable in any category, such posts will not be carried forward to the next year and will be filled by male candidates of the same category.

Other Important Conditions
Applicant must be an Indian citizen. Applicant must not have more than one living spouse. Applicant must be of good character and physically and mentally fit. Applicant must not have been dismissed or removed from service by any High Court, government, or statutory/local authority. Applicant must not have been convicted of moral turpitude or debarred by any High Court/Public Service Commission/Selection Board. Applicant must possess the required qualification as of the last date of application receipt. Candidates convicted of an offence against women are not eligible; cases pending under laws relating to offences against women/children (including POCSO) will keep the appointment pending until the case is finally decided. Applications received without signature, in a format different from the prescribed one, or without the required documents will not be considered, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The recruiting authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications at any stage without assigning reasons, and to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage. Selected candidates (Staff Car Driver and Lift Man) will be appointed on a three-year probation period, extendable by one additional year if not successfully completed; service can be terminated without assigning reasons if probation is not completed successfully.
