Candidates must fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed under RBE No. 13/2014 to be considered for the post of Homeopathic Consultant. BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized Homeopathy College, registered with the State/Central Council of Homeopathy, after successful completion of internship, OR DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized Homeopathy College, registered with the State/Central Council of Homeopathy, with at least 1½ years of working experience. The candidate should have at least 01 (one) year remaining to complete 70 years of age from the date of engagement, as per Board's Letter No. E(W)2018/ISM/8/Pt. dated 25.07.2019. The consultant shall cease to be engaged upon attaining the age of 70 years.

The engaged Homeopathic Consultant will receive a consolidated monthly honorarium as per RBE No. 18/2023, applicable for a 4-hour dispensary duty schedule. Monthly Honorarium: Rs. 37,500/- (consolidated) for 4 hours of engagement per day In case of unauthorized absence, payment shall be made on a pro-rata basis: Consolidated Pay × Number of Days Worked / 30 No Railway Accommodation, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, Pension, Provident Fund, Medical Reimbursement, Railway Pass/PTO, Bonus, or any other Railway service benefits shall be admissible. 08 days of Casual Leave will be granted during the one-year engagement period.

The engaged Homeopathic Consultant shall be responsible for: Attending the Homeopathic Dispensary during prescribed hours Examining patients and prescribing treatment Maintaining OPD registers and medical records Submitting periodical reports as required by the Railway Administration/SBF Committee Performing any other work assigned in connection with the functioning of the Homeopathic Dispensary

The selection of candidates for the post of Homeopathic Consultant will be based on aggregate merit obtained in the following parameters: Educational Qualification Experience Personal Interview Mere submission of an application does not guarantee a call for interview. The empanelment is provisional and subject to final verification of credentials from the concerned Boards/Institutes.

Applicants must submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with the application form: Educational qualification certificates BHMS/DHMS Degree certificate Registration Certificate from State/Central Homeopathic Council Proof of Date of Birth Experience certificates issued by Municipal authority (BDO/SDO, MLA/MP or equivalent authority) or by any Government organization/PSU with an annual turnover of Rs. 200 crores Aadhaar Card PAN Card Two recent passport-size photographs Any other relevant documents Original certificates must be produced at the time of the interview.

The candidate will be called for the interview/viva-voce on a date that will be advised in due course. Mere submission of an application does not confer any right to be called for an interview. The candidate must bear their own expenses for attending the interview/viva-voce. Suppression of facts or submission of false information will lead to cancellation of candidature. The SBF Committee reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone this notification without assigning any reason. Candidates will have to execute a declaration accepting the terms and conditions prior to engagement. The decision of the Chairman, Staff Benefit Fund Committee, shall be final and binding. The engagement shall not confer any right to regular appointment, absorption, or continuation in Railway service. The consultant shall not be treated as a Railway servant/Government employee under any circumstances. The contract may be terminated by either side by giving 14 days' notice, and the Railway Administration/SBF Committee reserves the right to terminate the engagement at any time without assigning any reason.
