Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Nanotechnology or allied branches. Desirable: Hands-on experience in micro/nanofabrication, thin-film deposition, lithography/FIB-based device fabrication, clean-room processing, electrical/electronic instrumentation, low-current device measurement using SMU/probe station, sensor testing, CAD layout, and data analysis using MATLAB/Python/LabVIEW. Exposure to biosensors, quantum-dot/nanomaterial-based devices or nanoelectronic sensors will be preferred.

Rs.31,000/- + HRA or Rs.25,000/- + HRA p.m.
