Application Process
To apply, candidates need to visit the official CSIR-NAL website and download the application form. Fill out the form carefully, attach the required documents, and send the hard copy via Speed Post or Courier. Ensure that your application reaches the CSIR-NAL office by 21 September 2026, at 5:00 PM. The application fee for candidates in the unreserved, economically weaker sections, and OBC (non-creamy layer) categories is ₹500, while SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Disabilities (PwBD), and women are exempt from the fee.
Examination Details
The selection for the Multi-Tasking Staff position will be through an OMR-based objective type examination. The examination will consist of 150 questions across subjects such as General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and English Language. Candidates will have a total of 2 hours to complete the exam, and the questions will be available in English, Hindi, and Kannada, except for the English language section, which will be in English only.
