Key eligibility notes as per the notification: Candidates must possess the required mark sheets/certificates confirming eligibility as on 22.07.2026 (the last date of application). Experience will be counted only in the fields specified for each post; no other experience will be considered. The experience certificate must clearly state the field of experience; only post-qualification experience is counted. For Post Code 02 (PCS Marketing), desirable skills include good communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of pest control techniques and services, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Supporting the formulation and execution of the Annual Training and Capacity Building Plan and conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Assisting in designing functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs, and coordinating with external training institutes and consultants. Managing end-to-end training logistics, maintaining the Training Calendar, and preparing training reports and dashboards. Supporting implementation of Learning Management Systems/e-learning platforms, including the iGOT Karmayogi Portal. Analyzing training feedback and effectiveness, and preparing periodic reports on Learning & Development outcomes and ROI. Identifying new business opportunities and clients for pest control services, and supporting preparation of proposals, tenders, and quotations. Conducting market surveys and competitor analysis, and maintaining liaison with existing clients. Coordinating with Field units/Technical Teams to achieve marketing targets and revenue goals. Maintaining records of tenders participated in, awarded, and pending, and supporting timely billing and documentation. Supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives for PCS (Pest Control Services). Conducting market research to identify stakeholders, trends, and competitors relevant to CWC's warehousing and logistics services. Engaging with farmers, FPOs, FPCs, banks, and trading platforms for post-harvest warehousing, as well as bulk procurers, e-commerce operators, and 3PL/4PL/5PL operators. Engaging with EXIM and Private Container Train Operator (PCTO) stakeholders including shipping lines, freight forwarders, Customs, and Indian Railways. Developing and implementing strategies to promote CWC's business verticals and expand its customer base. Creating marketing materials and reaching stakeholders through door-to-door marketing, social media, WhatsApp, and cold calling. Organizing training sessions, workshops, and field visits at CWC warehouses to educate stakeholders about CWC's services. Collecting stakeholder feedback and communicating it to CWC management for continuous improvement. Identifying areas for market expansion and recommending business development strategies for new regions. Setting and tracking sales targets for the respective business vertical, and preparing regular activity reports. Working in coordination with the Regional Marketing Head and Regional Manager of the region, and staying updated on CWC/GoI policies and schemes relevant to e-commerce, logistics, and supply chain operations. Post Code 01 (Learning & Development): ₹50,000/- consolidated per month for 0 to 3 years' experience, OR ₹60,000/- consolidated per month for more than 3 years' experience. Post Code 02 (PCS Marketing): ₹50,000/- consolidated per month for 0 to 3 years' experience, OR ₹60,000/- consolidated per month for more than 3 years' experience. Post Code 03 (Marketing & Business Development - Hyderabad): ₹50,000/- consolidated per month for 0 to 3 years' experience, OR ₹60,000/- consolidated per month for more than 3 years' experience. Post Code 04 (Marketing & Business Development - Jaipur): Same remuneration structure as Post Code 03, as per the merged entry in the official notification. The consolidated remuneration is inclusive of all applicable taxes, and no other facility or allowance will be provided in addition to it. Young Professionals may be required to undertake domestic tours subject to approval of the Controlling Authority, and will be entitled to TA/DA/Lodging charges as above.
