DRDO MTRDC Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026

The DRDO Microwave Tube Research & Development Centre is looking for Junior Research Fellows in 2026, with 3 positions available. Candidates holding a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or related fields, or equivalent qualifications with NET/GATE, can apply. The selection will be through a walk-in interview scheduled on 15 October 2026. If you meet the qualifications, this is your opportunity to work with DRDO MTRDC.

To be eligible for the Junior Research Fellow position, you need a graduate degree in a relevant professional course such as B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or similar, with a valid NET/GATE score. Alternatively, an M.Sc. in Electronics with a NET qualification or an M.E./M.Tech in Electronics or related fields is also acceptable. The maximum age limit for applicants is 28 years, although there is a relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/PH candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
