Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – 2 Vacancies

Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. (EPIL) is looking to fill 2 Graduate Apprentice positions at their Southern Regional Office in Chennai and the Project Coordination Office in Hyderabad. The application process is simple, requiring candidates to submit their applications via email by 5 August 2026, 17:30 hours. This opportunity is open to recent graduates from Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering disciplines.

Candidates should not have completed three years after passing the qualifying examination as of 30 June 2025. This means only those who graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible. Those awaiting results for their qualifying examinations cannot apply, and candidates who have undergone apprenticeship training previously are also excluded. The recruitment will adhere to government directives for reservation of seats as outlined in the Apprenticeship Act 1961.

Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from an AICTE-approved institute. For universities that do not provide a CGPA to percentage conversion, a 6 on a 10-point scale will be treated as equivalent to 60%. The percentage will be calculated based on the consolidated marksheet or the average of all semesters if no consolidated marksheet is issued.

Selected Graduate Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000. This is a consolidated amount, and candidates should note that no additional bonuses, incentives, or allowances will be provided.

There will be no interviews for this recruitment. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on a merit list created from the marks obtained in their educational qualifications. This process aims to ensure fair selection based solely on academic performance.

Shortlisted candidates will need to present all original certificates for verification and a medical fitness certificate before joining.

All selected Graduate Apprentices must sign an apprenticeship contract before commencing training. Working hours will align with the establishment’s norms, and apprentices will not be required to work overtime. After completing the one-year training, there will be no extension of training or employment. Candidates should arrange their own accommodation. If any false information is discovered in an application, it may lead to cancellation of the candidature. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email, and the list will also be published on the EPIL website.
