ESIC Medical College & Hospital in Bihta, under the Employees' State Insurance Corporation, seeks qualified candidates for 41 positions as Senior Residents and Super Specialist Senior Residents. The walk-in interviews will be held on specific dates in September 2026, tailored to various departments. Candidates must arrive at the venue between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM. It’s crucial to note that application forms will not be accepted after 11:00 AM. This is a walk-in interview; hence, candidates should prepare to engage in the selection process directly on site.

Candidates eligible for these positions must meet the age limits set as per the National Medical Commission (NMC) norms, which will be calculated on the date of the interview. There are relaxations available: candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) can avail a 5-year age relaxation, while Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates are allowed a 3-year relaxation. The fixed basic pay for these positions is ₹67,700 per month, along with other applicable allowances. The initial tenure is for one year, which may be renewed based on satisfactory performance and the institution's requirements. A security deposit of ₹20,000 will be required upon joining, payable by Demand Draft. This deposit is forfeited if a candidate resigns or leaves within one year. It’s important to note that contractual staff are not entitled to various benefits such as provident fund, pension, gratuity, or medical allowances.
