FDDI Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
Junior Faculty - School of Footwear Design & Production (FDP): Bachelor's or Master's Degree with min 55% marks + Diploma in Footwear Manufacturing/Technology/Design & Production/Production/Accessories Design/Footwear Science & Engineering OR Bachelor's/Master's in relevant field with min 55% marks; 3 years academic/industry experience in footwear assembly (Components/Lasting/Finishing). Junior Faculty - School of Retail & Fashion Merchandising (RFM): Master's Degree or PG Diploma (min 2 years) in Management/International Business/Marketing/Finance/Retail/Human Resource with min 55% marks; 3 years academic/industry experience in Management. Junior Faculty - School of Leather Goods & Accessories Design: Master's Degree or PG Diploma in Leather Design/Accessories Design/Product Design/Industrial Design etc. with min 55% marks OR Master's/PG Diploma in any field + 4-year Bachelor's/Diploma in relevant design field with min 55% marks; 3 years academic/industry experience in Leather/Accessories/Product Design.
