Eligibility Explained
To apply for the Sanitary Inspector position, candidates should have completed their Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government. Additionally, a minimum one-year Health Sanitary Inspector's Diploma from a government-recognized institute is required. Alternatively, a one-year Health Sanitary Inspector's certificate course from an ITI or a similar recognized educational institute can also be accepted. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Gujarati or Hindi, or both, are essential.

Pay Scale
The initial pay for the first five years will be a fixed amount of ₹26,000 per month. After this period, candidates who meet the satisfactory service criteria will receive a regular pay scale as per the 7th Pay Commission, ranging from ₹25,500 to ₹81,100 at Level-4.
