Senior Operations Manager: Basic Pay: Rs. 35,000 - 65,000/- Gross Salary: Rs. 70,385/- (Metro) approx. Annual CTC: Rs. 9.99 Lakhs (Metro) approx. Senior Operations Manager: Oversee ISO 15189 compliant QMS implementation and NABL accreditation Manage internal audits, CAPA, risk management, and quality reviews Provide technical guidance for laboratory quality assurance Operations Manager / Associate Manager: Manage regulatory approvals and product registrations (domestic & international) Prepare technical dossiers and coordinate with CDSCO & international agencies Support new product development and market expansion
