Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for these positions should hold specific qualifications and experience. For the Deputy General Manager and Assistant General Manager roles in Projects, a Bachelor's degree in engineering is required with at least 60% marks, alongside relevant experience of 11 and 7 years, respectively. The finance roles require a CA/CMA or an MBA with finance specialization, also with 11 to 5 years of experience depending on the position.

Assistant General Manager (E-4) - Projects

Deputy General Manager (E-5) - Finance
CA/CMA, or Two years' full-time MBA/PG Diploma with Finance specialization, with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/grade (except in case of CA/CMA)
11 years / CTC of ₹27.46 lakh p.a.
Senior Manager (E-3) - Finance
Same qualification as above
05 years / CTC of ₹18.99 lakh p.a.
Salary Structure
Compensation packages are attractive for these roles. The Deputy General Manager positions offer a minimum salary of ₹80,000 per month, while Assistant General Managers start at ₹70,000. Senior Managers can expect a minimum of ₹60,000 monthly, with corresponding annual CTCs reflecting the responsibilities of each role.
