Emoluments: ₹42,000 + 30% HRA per month (as per DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26 June 2023). Additional Benefits: House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per rules. Hostel accommodation may be provided wherever available (in such cases HRA will not be admissible). Medical facilities as per ICAR norms. No other allowances or benefits (like Dearness Allowance, Pension, etc.) are admissible as this is a purely contractual/project position. Salary is consolidated and subject to periodic performance review. Note: Emoluments may be revised as per latest GoI/ICAR/DST guidelines during the project duration.

Selection for the Senior Research Fellow position will be done through the following process: Screening of Applications Applications received will be screened based on eligibility criteria, academic performance, relevant research experience, and publications. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed via email. Interview Shortlisted candidates will be called for online or in-person interview at IARI, New Delhi. The exact date, time, and mode will be communicated through email. Candidates are advised to regularly check their email (including spam folder). Document Verification Selected/wait-listed candidates will have to produce all original documents (educational certificates, experience letters, NET/GATE scorecard, caste certificate if applicable, etc.) for verification before issuance of the offer letter. Final Result The final result of the interview will be published on the official IARI website under the section “News > Contractual Jobs > View Results”. Important Notes: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The decision of the Selection Committee / Joint Director (Research), ICAR-IARI will be final and binding.
