IIM Lucknow Academic Assistant Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Duration: 11 months (full-time contractual, extendable based on performance and requirement) Salary: Rs. 40,000/- per month + HRA as per IIM Lucknow norms
| Educational Qualification | Master’s degree in Communication, English, Media Studies, Psychology, or related fields from a recognized/reputed Institute/University in regular mode with minimum 60% marks. |

| Preferred Skills | Strong academic writing, public speaking, and digital content management skills. |
| Experience | Prior teaching experience or research background will be an advantage. |
