Librarian: Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. Ph.D. Degree in library science/information science/documentation/archives and manuscript-keeping. Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration. At least 10 years as Dy. Librarian (Pay Level-12, including min 3 years in Pay Level-13A). Superintendent Engineer: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with first class or equivalent Grade. At least 5 years regular service as Senior Executive Engineer in Pay Level-12 or equivalent or 10 years regular service as Executive Engineer in Pay Level-11 or equivalent. Deputy Librarian: Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. Ph.D. Degree in library science/information science/documentation/archives and manuscript-keeping. Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration. At least 8 years as Assistant Librarian (Pay Level-10, with at least 2 years in Pay Level-11). Deputy Registrar: Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade. Five years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar in Pay Level-10 or equivalent post. Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): First class Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering. 10 years of experience at the level of Assistant Engineer or equivalent in Pay Level-7 or above; OR 5 years of experience as Assistant Executive Engineer or equivalent in Pay Level-10 or above. Assistant Registrar: Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade. Five years of experience in Pay Level-7 or above OR 7 years of experience at Pay Level-6 or above as Superintendent/Section Officer/Private Secretary or equivalent. Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): First class Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering. 5 years of relevant experience in Pay Level-7 or above as Assistant Engineer. Sports Officer: Master's Degree in Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science with first class. Qualifying in the national level test conducted by UGC or approved agency, OR Diploma in coaching from National Institute of Sports or equivalent. Should qualify in the physical fitness test. 5 years of experience in a Central/State Educational Institutes/Organizations of repute. Demonstrated meritorious performance in National or International level events. Record of representing the university/college at inter-university/inter-collegiate competitions or State/national championships. Evidence of organizing competitions and conducting coaching camps. Deputy Registrar (on deputation): Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade. Five years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar in Pay Level-10 or equivalent post. Holding analogous posts (Level-12 post) on regular basis or officers working at Level-10 for at least 5 years on regular basis.
