IIT Delhi Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Physics, or an equivalent field with at least 60% marks, or a Bachelor's degree (minimum four years of study) in Electronics & Instrumentation, Engineering Physics, or a related discipline with a minimum of 70% marks. Additionally, candidates should have qualified the National Eligibility Test. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in electronic circuit design and fabrication, sensor development, automation, and instrumentation. The NET/GATE requirement for the JRF/SRF position may be relaxed for graduates from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) who have a CGPA of more than 8.000 (80% aggregate marks).
