Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Research Associate (a): PhD in Physics/ECE/Material Science is required.
Essential: Experience in Semiconductor Device Fabrication & Measurement.
Desirable: Skills in Silvaco Simulation & Fabrication of III-V/Compound Semiconductor Photodetector/SPAD.
Research Associate (b): PhD in Physics/ECE/Material Science is required.
Essential: Experience in Semiconductor Device Fabrication & Measurement.
Desirable: Knowledge of Quantum Photon Emission/Quantum Photodetector.
Senior Research Fellow: A 4-year Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences or Electronics, or a Master's degree in Physical Sciences or Electronics, or a Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology; plus 2 years of R&D experience; and qualified in a National Level Exam (NET/GATE).
Note: A 5% relaxation in marks is available for SC/ST candidates. Positions may be downgraded if suitable candidates are not found.
