Manager - Training & Outreach (Project Associate – Operations): M.Tech / M.Sc / M.S. in Science or Engineering or Masters Degree with experience in research facilities, technology services, operations, or scientific organisations. MBA with experience in operations management, business development, facility management, or technology-driven service organisations. Experience in managing training programmes, outreach initiatives, or institutional collaborations in academic, research, or technology environments. Strong ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including academia, industry, and government bodies. Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills. Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and drive engagement outcomes. Prior experience working with government agencies (e.g., DST) or multi-institutional projects. Exposure to both academic/research and industry ecosystems. Experience in scientific outreach and programme management, partnership development and stakeholder engagement, event planning, workshops, and training coordination. Ability to conceptualise and execute growth-oriented outreach strategies.

Consolidated emoluments between ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month.
