Important Instructions
Applications received after the closing date and incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Non-possession of essential qualifications and experience will lead to disqualification. Applicants must furnish complete and accurate particulars relating to past employment; concealment or misrepresentation detected at any stage may lead to appropriate action. Candidates presently employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous Body roles must submit an NOC; applications without NOC will be treated as Advance Copy, and NOC must be submitted at the time of selection/interview, failing which candidature may be cancelled. Legal disputes, if any, are restricted to the jurisdiction of Dhanbad only. Candidates are advised to apply well before the last date to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Candidates serving in the Institute or other IITs/NITs/CFTIs for at least three years on a regular post may get a 5-year age relaxation (not applicable to employees of private organizations).
