Do not submit more than one application - multiple applications from the same candidate will all be rejected. Do not forget to mark post preference using '1', '2', '3', or 'X' correctly; an unmarked post preference can make the application liable for rejection. Do not send the application without at least one valid sports certificate (Form 1–5) - applications without this will not be considered. Do not send the application through ordinary post or courier - only Registered/Speed Post is accepted. Do not wait until the last day; the application must physically reach the office by 31-07-2026, 6:00 PM, not just be dispatched by that date. Do not claim sports achievements after 31-03-2026 - only achievements up to this date are considered.
