Candidates must hold a Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science or a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in a Professional Course with a valid score in any of the National Level examinations (GATE/NET). Preference will be given to those with an M.Sc in Chemistry.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹ 31,000 in addition to a 24% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
