Candidates must apply online through the official SHIMUL website www.shimul.coop and pay the application fee online only. Candidates who paid the application fee for earlier notifications (dated 14.11.2025 and 05.02.2026) will receive a refund to their bank account after deducting bank charges – they need not apply again by post/courier/speed post. The revised recruitment notification supersedes all previous notifications dated 14.11.2025 and 05.02.2026, as revised by Government Orders dated 27.04.2026 and 08.05.2026. Vacancies are filled based on roster points and one-month reservation calculations as maintained by the Union.
