Each role demands a certain level of education and experience. For the Marketing Expert position, candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or communications, or be a graduate with five years of relevant experience; an MBA in Marketing with at least two years’ experience is also acceptable. The Technical Expert role requires a bachelor’s degree in any discipline along with experience in village industries, MSME, handicrafts, or related sectors, or being a retired official from recognized bodies at a certain rank. Retired or ex-bank officials should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of banking experience, including a minimum of three years as a Branch Manager. Age limits vary by post, ranging from 40 years for Marketing Expert up to 65 years for the other positions.
