Who Can Apply
Candidates who have graduated from a recognized university and hold a shorthand certificate are eligible to apply. For Stenographer Grade II, Hindi shorthand speed must be 100 words per minute, while for Grade III and Court Manager Staff, a speed of 80 words per minute is required. Assistants need English shorthand at 80 words per minute. Additionally, candidates must have a diploma in computer applications and a CPCT scorecard from a government-recognized institution. Age limits vary by category, with general male candidates allowed up to 40 years, whereas reserved categories, women, disabled candidates, and government employees can apply up to 45 years. Specific relaxations apply depending on the category and domicile status.
