Contractual Terms and Benefits
The selected candidates will engage on a contractual basis with a monthly fee of ₹30,000, which is paid within seven working days of invoice receipt. Additional incentives of ₹875 per drawing will be available for those producing over 20 A1-equivalent drawings per month. The contract also includes a 3% annual increment and provisions for leave, medical facilities, and accommodation.
