Terms and Conditions
This is a contractual appointment with a fixed salary of Rs. 35 Lakhs per annum, which is all-inclusive and negotiable for a suitable candidate. The contract lasts three years and may be extended by two more years based on your performance. You will be entitled to 12 days of casual leave each calendar year, with leave adjusted proportionally if you join mid-year. Facilities such as travel allowance, mobile, and laptop will be provided as per Deputy General Manager scale entitlements. Either party can end the contract by giving three months’ notice. No superannuation benefits will be given. Upon joining, you must sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement on stamp paper as required.
