RCFl Recruitment 2026 - Apply Offline for 46 Honorary Doctors & Panel Doctors Posts

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), Trombay Unit, Chembur, Mumbai has invited applications from eligible Specialist Doctors for Honorary Doctor assignments (31 posts across 19 specialties) at its hospital at Chembur, Mumbai, and from practicing MBBS doctors for Panel Doctor empanelment (15 posts) across 10 localities in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions as stated in the notification. Applications that are incomplete, unsigned, or not in the prescribed format will not be considered.

Selection will be made through a personal Interview. Eligible candidates will be intimated in writing about the date, time, and venue of the Interview. The honorarium and duration/frequency of visits (for Honorary Doctors) and the rates of reimbursement per patient (for Panel Doctors) will be communicated by the Selection Committee at the time of the personal Interview. Stage 1 - Application Scrutiny Applications will be screened for completeness, eligibility, and prescribed format. Incomplete, unsigned applications, applications not in prescribed format, or those not accompanied by attested photostat copies of educational qualifications and experience certificates will be rejected. Stage 2 - Personal Interview Shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for a personal Interview. Date, time, and venue will be intimated in writing. No written/telephonic communication will be entertained after the closing date of application submission.

Doctors who do not possess the exact prescribed qualification for the applied specialty (Honorary Doctors). Panel Doctor applicants who do not have their own dispensary/clinic with full OPD facilities in the applied panel area. Candidates who do not hold a valid registration with the State Medical Council. Candidates who submit incomplete, unsigned, or improperly formatted applications without attested copies of qualification and experience certificates. Candidates sending applications after the last date of 31-07-2026. Doctors seeking regular employment - this engagement is purely temporary and honorary in nature with no employer-employee relationship with RCF Ltd.

Not using the prescribed application format separately provided for Honorary Doctors and Panel Doctors - both have different prescribed formats. Not writing the post applied for at the top of the left-hand corner of the envelope before dispatching by post. Applying for both Honorary Doctor and Panel Doctor posts in a single application - separate applications are mandatory for each. Not attaching attested photostat copies of all educational qualification certificates and experience certificates along with the application. Not affixing a duly signed passport size photograph on the application form. Not mentioning the specialty (Honorary Doctors) or location/panel area (Panel Doctors) on the application form. Sending the application by email or any mode other than post - only postal applications will be accepted. Dispatching the application close to the last date - the application must physically reach RCF by 31-07-2026.
