Officers working under the Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territory Administrations: Analogous post as Junior Engineer or equivalent in their parent cadre/department. Officers with at least 5 years of regular service in Level-5 in engineering cadre (Rs. 25500-81100) (PB-1, Rs. 5200-20200+ GP 2800/-). Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or Institute. Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any recognized University or Institute. Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or Institute/AICTE. Degree in Electrical Engineering from any recognized University or Institute/AICTE. Masters' Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University Institute/ AICTE. Masters' Degree in Electrical Engineering from any recognized University or Institute/AICTE. Minimum one year experience in the various aspects of maintenance & constructions of civil infrastructure preferably sports infrastructure works OR Minimum one year experience in the various aspects of electrical works preferably with electrical works in sports infrastructure.

Remuneration: A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The basic pension to be deducted from the Last pay drawn shall be pension as fixed at the time of retirement and, as such, if the employee has availed of the commuted value of pension, the commuted portion of pension shall also be included in the portion of pension to be deducted. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract. No annual increment/percentage increase and Dearness Allowance shall be allowed during the term of the contract. Transport Allowance: You will be entitled for the transport allowance of Rs. 10,800/- per month during the period of contract. The amount so fixed shall remain unchanged during the term of appointment.
