SSC CPO SI CAPF Recruitment 2026 Notification - 1,871 Sub-Inspector Posts

The Staff Selection Commission is set to recruit Sub-Inspectors for various posts under the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Delhi Police. There are currently 1,871 vacancies for roles including Sub-Inspector (Executive) for both male and female candidates in Delhi Police. The application process opens on 10 September 2026 and will close on 30 September 2026 at 11 PM. To be eligible for the Sub-Inspector positions, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Those applying for the SIS in Delhi Police or CAPFs can also apply if they are awaiting their final results, provided they obtain their degree by the application closing date. There are also specific educational qualifications for the Sub-Inspector (Fire) post, including a Bachelor's degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or an equivalent diploma in engineering.
