Junior Typist: Passed at least +3 examination or equivalent from recognized university; Diploma in Computer Application from recognized institution; minimum speed of 40 words per minute in Typewriting; able to speak, read and write Odia equivalent to M.E. standard. Stenographer Grade-III (Junior Stenographer): Passed at least +3 examination or equivalent from recognized university; Diploma in Computer Application from recognized institution; minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in Typewriting per minute; able to speak, read and write Odia equivalent to M.E. standard. Salaried Amin: Passed matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board; Revenue Inspector Training from recognized institute; knowledge in Computer Application; able to speak, read and write Odia equivalent to M.E. standard.
