Eligibility Explained
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not older than 44 years as of the specified date. Applicants should have a graduate degree in engineering disciplines including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication Engineering. Age relaxations apply for reserved categories: SC, ST, BC, and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidates get an extension of 5 years, persons with disabilities have 10 years of relaxation, and additional age benefits are available for Telangana State Government employees, ex-servicemen, and NCC instructors based on their service length. The vacancies are distributed among various categories, including reservations for local candidates, with 80% of posts allocated for Civil Engineering and the remaining for Electrical, Mechanical, and related branches.
