The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) has received official permission from the Government of Telangana to fill 7,437 vacancies across the Police Department, Fire Disaster Response Emergency and Civil Defence Department, Prisons & Correctional Services Department, and Special Protection Force (SPF). This approval was announced via a press note dated 5th July 2026, and detailed recruitment notifications are expected to be issued shortly.

TSLPRB Vacancy 2026 - Post Details
A total of 7,437 vacancies have been approved across four departments. The Police Department accounts for the largest share, led by Police Constable (Civil) with 3,697 posts, followed by Police Constable (AR) with 1,052 posts. Recruitment Notifications will be issued in a few days on receipt of the details of all vacant posts permitted to be filled up in the aforementioned Government Orders, including the local cadre-wise distribution, roster points, qualifications etc from the Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department / Heads of the concerned Departments.
