UPESSC UPTET Certificate Correction Online Notice 2026

If you cleared the UPTET 2026 conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission, you can now apply online to correct mistakes on your eligibility certificate. This window started on 25 September 2026 and allows you to fix errors in your name, date of birth, or category. Certificates were issued starting 7 September 2026, so this correction facility helps ensure your details are accurate for future official use. While the notice does not specify the closing date for corrections, applying promptly is advisable. All updates must be submitted through the commission’s official online portal.

This correction facility is available only to candidates who qualified in the UPTET 2026 exam conducted earlier in July. You must have received your original eligibility certificate after 7 September 2026 to be eligible for corrections. The changes allowed are limited to personal details such as your name as printed, date of birth, and category. Candidates who notice any mistakes in these fields on their certificate should use this opportunity to update them officially. Since the correction window’s closing date isn’t mentioned, it is best to act early to avoid missing out.
