| UPESSC Principal | 111 | (क) पात्रता :- पीएचडी की उपाधि विश्वविद्यालय , महाविद्यालय और उच्चतर शिक्षा की अन्य संस्थाओं में काम से काम 15 वर्षो के शिक्षण / अनुशंधान की सेवा / अनुभव के साथ कोई आचार्य / सह आचार्य समकक्ष्य व्यक्ति समीक्षित अथवा वि०अ० आ० सूचीबद्ध जनरल में कम से कम 10 अनुशंधान प्रकाशन तालिका 2 के अनुसार न्यूनतम 110 अनुशंधान प्राप्तांक नोट :- विधि महाविद्यालयों के प्राचार्य पद हेतु पात्रता पर विचार करते समय बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया (BCI) के मानदंडों तथा शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण (बी.एड.) महाविद्यालयों के प्राचार्य पद हेतु पात्रता पर विचार करते समय NCTE के मानदंडों को संज्ञान में लिया जाएगा। (ख) अवधि :- किसी महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य को पाँच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए नियुक्त किया जाएगा। यदि उनका कार्य निष्पादन इन विनियमों के अनुसार विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा गठित समिति के मूल्यांकन में संतोषजनक पाया जाता है, तो उनका कार्यकाल पाँच वर्ष की दूसरी अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया जा सकता है। प्राचार्य के रूप में अपना कार्यकाल पूर्ण करने के पश्चात पदधारी, आचार्य ग्रेड में आचार्य के पदनाम के साथ अपने मूल कार्यालय में पुनः कार्यभार ग्रहण करेगा। |
